Yard daisies in a mason jar.
Little pictures scribbled with family members and arrows to my illustrated belly.
“My ain’t jumping, Mama.” While he flies from the couch.
How my dog does his “popcorn dance” when we pull into the drive.
The moment that my kiddos all yell, “Daddy’s home!!”
How my younger children ask, “When’s Daddy coming home?” 2 minutes after he’s left for the day.
When my camera captures their personality perfectly.
That time of evening when I realize every little person is quiet and peaceful for the night.
How the house smells when I’ve been cooking in the afternoon.
The smell of my little one’s sunscreened head after a swim in the pool.
How all of my little people currently awaken smiling.
How ThePrincess prays looong Baptisty prayers, but means every word of them. “Thank you for this beautiful day. Thank for the new baby. Thank you for letting us go to a place to see a lot of people. Thank you for this yummy food. Thank you for our drinks. Please let us have a girl baby.”
How BigMan has started praying all by himself with, “Thank you for Daddy. Amen.”
Whippoorwills in the summer evenings.
The first lightning bugs of the season.
And how, when told to “Smile!” my youngest does this:

Awwwww! They are SO precious!!
Love the “baptisty prayers”, so funny
sniffle sniffle…
