MyMiddlest has found his latest passion.
It’s a very active passion that ironically grew out of a very passive passion of skating on PS3 games. Don’t let anyone tell you that video games create couch potatoes.
He’s been working on it for a couple of months now.
He just turned nine and got his very own board. He’s saving up now to build his own skateboard (picking out his favorite board, trucks, and wheels).
He’s learning to ollie right now. He has big goals. He wants to be sponsored by the time he’s 10. Big dreams, but he plans to practice a few hours a day. Who am I to not encourage lofty dreams that include an end goal, a plan, physical exertion, and dedication?
