And I thought yesterday’s snow was pretty

I wish I could’ve captured the sparkle it has.  It’s gorgeous.

See those tracks up there?  Last night one of my local homeschool friends asked me about our testing site info so that we could coordinate our site to hang out and I wondered if I had gotten my packet in the mail.  It was late.  And cold.  I ran.  The whole way.  And laughed for half of it.  Then I couldn’t breathe for approximately 20 minutes.  But I got what I went for.  Do you have state testing requirements?  Are you more in shape than me?  Wait, don’t answer that last one.

That’s how to rock some redneck snowboots right there.  A few pairs of socks, some shoes, a couple of WalMart sacks and a bunch of loosely applied packing tape.  Yessir.

The Baby (the one who turned 16 months old yesterday) has decided nursing is the answer to everything.  About twice an hour.  Tired?  Yep.  Hungry?  Of course.  Bored?  Yep.  Thirsty?  Yep.  Jealous of other siblings in my lap?  Yep.  Mama’s on computer?  Yep?  Mama’s kissin’ on Baby’s face?  Yep.  I didn’t think I would want to nurse less than my toddler does, but yes, sometimes I do.  I offered him a toddler banana cookie trying to appease him and he threw it at me angrily.  And then I nursed him.  Again.

But when you look down and see this it makes it a little easier to say, “Come here, little guy, wanna nurse?”
