last night, as most nights in the last month and a half, all 3 bigger kids were in bed and i was laying comfortably on the couch with my littlest in the crook of my arm watching a dvr’d jimmy kimmel show when the next thing i know my husband is yelling at me and my baby is wailing laying on his head on the floor. i dropped him as i drifted peacefully off to sleep. yeah. mom of the year award nominee.
